libbiosig1-dbg software package provides I/O library for biomedical data - debug symbols, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbiosig1-dbg
libbiosig1-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbiosig1-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbiosig1-dbg *
You will get with libbiosig1-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
